SHIPPING POLICY

Our aim is for all our products to be shipped within 1-2 business days of payment online Monday - Friday.

We use NZ post courier. All items come with a tracking number and you will be emailed the track and trace details as soon as your parcel is on board with the courier. 

Any claims for undelivered items must be made within 14days of order to be accepted. Tracking emails are sent via email on pick up so please follow those instructions with any issues with delivery. We are not responsible for stolen packages. 

Spend $150 or more to get free delivery within New Zealand.

$8.00 South Island

If you are interested in items being sent overseas please email us at Info@woodentots.co.nz and we can quote you directly. 

In the unlikely event that your order does not arrive in good condition, is damaged or faulty, we will happily repair or replace it. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your product. 

We don't accept returns of change of mind.
